This is scary.

astonishing stats aren’t they? so… how can we band together and stand against this tidal-wave?
I think that accountability is a very good start. Another good idea is teaching and reaffirming self-control and proximity rules. Be around people and limit time alone. Most importantly prayer. Spend time with the Lord and ask for his will and guidance. This could be a good start. What do you think??
yeah… i think you are on the right track! There are some really practical things that we can/should do… especially guys who call themselves followers of Jesus! We can/should put ourselves under that kind of accountability! You are completely right.
the larger theological piece to this is easy to say but harder to do…
the simple truth is that guys, like you and me who want to follow Jesus and be Godly men fall into the trap that something else (PORN in this case) is MORE satisfying or worth-while than Jesus…
easy to say… harder to do! The Goal must be Christ lifted HIGH and see in all His Worth and Glory! And that we are called by Him to the Father in His Sovereign Grace!
